Job Summary
RESPONSIBILITIES:
šAssist with design, implementation, and day-to-day administration of benefit programs, including health & welfare benefit plans, 401(k) plan, and other employee services šSupport annual benefits open enrollment planning and execution. Help develop effective communication strategy to educate and reach diverse employee population šAdvise and counsel employees and dependents on day-to-day benefit-related questions (via email, phone, walk-ups, and drop-in sessions) šPartner with finance, payroll, HRIS, legal, and vendors to effectively and efficiently perform all aspects of benefit program management, including ensuring accuracy of benefit deductions and streamlining current processes and procedures to ensure proper data flow to relevant parties šAssist with provider premium billing statements and resolve any discrepancies šKeep abreast of policies, legislative changes, and legal requirements, such as ERISA, HIPAA, and the Affordable Care Act to assist with plan compliance efforts. šOther duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to: šCompany wellness initiatives and employee services šCommuter program support
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
šBachelorās degree š5+ years of human resources experience in a generalist or benefits background
