📍Implement execution of robust growth strategies aimed at user acquisition, retention, and heightened engagement 📍Work closely with the marketing and regional teams to design and launch marketing activities aimed at driving user growth 📍Coordinate and execute innovative marketing campaigns to attract and retain users 📍Support product go-to-market operations, leveraging resources across different departments (Lifecycle, Product, Marketing and etc) to achieve quantitative targets 📍Analyze performance data and metrics to continually refine and optimize growth strategies for maximum effectiveness 📍Monitor user feedback to uncover demands, preferences, and opportunities that will boost user activity for Spot Trading 📍Keep abreast of the latest trends, advancements, and innovations in the industry, integrating key insights into growth strategies
