Job Summary

Roles and responsibilities:

📍Develop and implement a comprehensive sponsorship strategy to attract diverse sponsors and exhibitors. 📍Design tailored exhibition spaces and booth solutions for exhibitors. Identify and research potential sponsors, exhibitors, and collaborators. 📍Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in potential sponsor organizations. 📍Create compelling, customized sponsorship proposals highlighting benefits like brand visibility and lead generation. 📍Ensure seamless activation and execution of sponsorship agreements for maximum ROI. 📍Work with Marketing, Events, and PR teams to align sponsorship initiatives with overall marketing strategies. 📍Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to build relationships with potential sponsors and partners.


Skills and Qualifications: 📍5 years of hands-on experience in exhibition sponsorship and space selling. 📍Must have worked for international Tech exhibitions and Conferences. 📍Must have experience working on the high target for the global market. 📍Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, an MBA or advanced degree would be a notable advantage. 📍Exemplary communication, negotiation, and presentation proficiencies. 📍Demonstrated track record in cultivating and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. 📍Innate self-motivation, an unwavering commitment to producing results, and the ability to flourish within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
