Key responsibilities:

📍Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, etc.). 📍Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and motivation. 📍Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. 📍Collaborate closely with recruiters and recruitment team leads to understand job requirements and create sourcing strategies. 📍Utilize Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find the best talent. 📍Track and update candidate data in Workable and maintain accurate records. 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.

Requirements

📍Previous experience as a Sourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role (preferably in recruitment agency). 📍Preferred experience in Crypto, Web3, or Fintech industries. 📍Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting. 📍Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Workable. 📍Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 📍Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. 📍Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
