Job Summary
Responsibilities will include:
📍Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new merchants and partners. 📍Handle post-onboarding change requests from merchants and partners. 📍Ensure accurate and timely data entry into the onboarding system. 📍Handle cases efficiently, maintaining service-level expectations. 📍Collaborate with clients to gather required documentation and information. 📍Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. 📍Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding-related inquiries and issues. 📍Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, Product Development, and other internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experiences. 📍Identify process gaps and areas for improvement and escalate recommendations appropriately.
