Job Summary
In this role, you will:
šDeeply embed with our most strategic platform customers, serving as their technical thought partner in ideating and building novel applications on our API. šProactively provide guidance to our customers on how to maximize business impact from their applications, accelerating their time to value. šExperiment and prototype solutions with and for your customers. šForge and manage relationships with our customersā leadership and stakeholders to ensure their applicationās successful deployment and scale. šContribute to our open-source developer and enterprise resources. šScale the Solutions Architect function through sharing knowledge, codifying best practices, and publishing notebooks to our internal and external repositories. šValidate, synthesize, and deliver high-signal feedback to the Product and Research teams. šUse your expertise in programming with Python and Javascript.
Youāll thrive in this role if you:
šHave 8+ years of technical consulting (or equivalent) experience. šAre proficient in Python and Javascript. šBuilt and/or delivered prototypes on top of our API platform. šLed complex technical projects and programs with many stakeholders. šCan proactively identify opportunities for maximizing our customersā business value through leveraging the OpenAI API.
