Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
šPre-Sales & Solution Design: Focused on designing comprehensive Global Services solutions, particularly ATMaaS and Managed Services, that meet customer needs. šOpportunity Management: Owns the qualification process for service opportunities, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and NCR capabilities. šCost & Feasibility Analysis: Evaluates all cost components of the proposed solution to ensure it is both technically viable and financially profitable for NCR. šInternal Approvals: Responsible for securing all necessary internal approvals before submitting a proposal to the customer. šOperational Reviews & Contracting: Leads operational reviews, drafts customer contracts, and manages negotiations until the contract is signed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
š5+ years of customer-facing experience in a Service Design role including presales, Managed Service frameworks, commercial and contract expertise šStrong understanding of Break/Fix, Managed Services, and Networking concepts šExperience designing or multi-region services šExperience in working with an ecosystem of partners to build an overall service solution model šDemonstrated ability to lead presales opportunities including service models, response content, commercials, tactics and negotiation
