Marathon Digital Holdings is focused on securing and supporting the development of the Bitcoin ecosystem by building one of the largest, most agile, and most sustainable bitcoin mining operations in the world. Weāre growing ā quickly. At the start of 2021, we were operating 2,060 miners that were producing 0.2 EH/s. By Mid 2023, we expect to have deployed approximately 199,000 miners producing approximately 23.3 EH/s, potentially representing 7% of the total network according to some estimates (source). Additionally, our objective is for our mining operations to be 100% carbon neutral by the end of this year. Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
šAssist in developing and executing an effective social media strategy to enhance the companyās and its subsidiariesā brand visibility, engagement, and reputation across various social media platforms. šManage all social media channels, create content, schedule posts, engage the community, and track analytics. šDevelop and implement social media campaigns to support key company announcements, initiatives, and product launches. šMonitor social media trends and industry best practices; provide insights to internal stakeholders and adjust social media strategies as needed. šCollaborate with internal teams (comms, design, legal, etc.) to ensure all social media content aligns with the company's values and objectives. šBuild relationships with industry influencers to expand the company's reach and enhance the brandās credibility. šRespond to stakeholder inquiries, comments, and messages on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. šAnalyze social media performance metrics and prepare regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of social media efforts and inform future strategies. šIdentify and take down fake social media accounts that impersonate the company or key stakeholders, working closely with platform support teams to ensure swift action.

š2+ years of experience in social media management, in house or at an agency, preferably in the technology, energy, or Bitcoin industry. šProven experience helping develop and executing social media strategies for multiple accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. šStrong analytical skills with the ability to monitor social media analytics and industry trends, derive insights, and provide guidance on a constantly evolving social media and product marketing strategies. šExceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms and product marketing materials. šAttention to detail is a must.
