Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDevelop and execute an organic social media strategy for online casino audiences. Manage a cross-platform content calendar (Facebook, X, TikTok) aligned with brand goals, key dates, and responsible gambling messaging. šPlan content formats per platform and collaborate with creative teams. Ensure all content meets compliance standards and is optimized for reach, engagement, and CTR. Continuously test and refine hooks, formats, and posting times. šManage comments, DMs, and conversations with a confident, on-brand tone. Participate in relevant industry discussions and escalate sensitive interactions when needed. šConduct topic and keyword research to identify trends and opportunities. Align social content with SEO themes to drive high-quality traffic. šTrack brand mentions, competitor activity, and industry trends. Translate insights into actionable recommendations. šAnalyse key metrics (reach, engagement, growth, CTR). Provide weekly highlights and monthly deep-dive reports with insights and optimisation actions. Connect social performance to commercial outcomes where possible. šJoin regular team and partner calls, communicate proactively, and manage day-to-day tasks independently in a part-time setup.
Requirements
š3+ years of hands-on social media management experience across X, Facebook, and TikTok. šAt least 2 years in a mid- or senior-level role, owning strategy, reporting, and optimization. šProven track record in organic growth and engagement, beyond paid campaigns. šDirect experience managing social communities, including responding to users and handling sensitive or negative comments. šStrong ability to use native platform analytics and, ideally, third-party tools. šHands-on experience with topic and keyword research to inform content planning. šProven experience producing structured weekly and monthly performance reports. šExperience working with online casino, iGaming, or closely related products, with familiarity with slots, live casino, table games, and other typical offerings. šAwareness of regulatory and responsible gambling requirements in marketing communications.
