Job Summary
Responsibilities:
📍Manage and grow clients’ social media accounts across multiple platforms. 📍Research and follow industry trends, news, and viral formats to keep content relevant. 📍Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts - including copy, visuals, and short videos (in collaboration with the design team). 📍Propose fresh ideas and campaign concepts to boost engagement and brand awareness. 📍Monitor performance metrics, prepare concise reports, and optimize content accordingly. 📍Engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and maintain the brand’s tone of voice. 📍Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align on strategy and content calendar. 📍Ensure brand consistency across all social media touchpoints.
Requirements
📍2+ years of experience managing social media accounts. 📍Experience working with external clients (including various brands), ideally in an agency format. 📍Strong content creation skills, including copywriting experience, basic design knowledge. 📍Trend awareness and multi-platform SMM expertise. 📍Solid understanding of social media metrics, platform-specific differences, and how to tailor content accordingly.
