Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
📍Develop and manage large social media campaigns to fuel the growth of existing social media channels. Create new ideas and concepts for fresh social media content 📍Engage in social media presence creation on new and emerging social media platforms 📍Coordinate social media management to align with large projects, events, community management, and more 📍Collaborate with the design team to create multimedia visual briefs to support social media content and communications 📍Analyses and report the success of social media projects by implementing social media monitoring tools such as community engagement, content performance, and other KPIs 📍Works with marketing team members to coordinate ad campaigns with social media strategy 📍Be the first point of contact in our social media communities: supporting and responding to members; monitor social listening on daily basis and escalating when needed 📍Report directly to the PR & Brand Manager, proposing and implementing best social media practices across all social channels
Qualifications
📍3+ years social media / marketing / coordination experience 📍Exposure to established social media management tools & technologies 📍Experienced with listening and monitoring platforms (e.g. Hootsuite) 📍Knowledge of social media KPIs and best practices (e.g. X, TikTok) 📍Knowledge and interest in the cryptocurrency space & its community
