In this role, you will:

📍Develop and execute a robust social media content calendar 📍Create engaging social media content for platforms such as X, Instagram, Threads, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Farcaster 📍Work closely with marketing, comms, ops and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency 📍Monitor and respond to community comments 📍Monitor emerging social media trends 📍Track analytics

About you:

📍Must be fluent (ideally native) in both Spanish (LatAm) and English 📍Bachelor’s degree in related field and 2-3 years of experience managing social media platforms 📍Exceptional communication and organization skills 📍Above average copywriting and critical thinking skills; keen eye for detail 📍Proficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, etc. 📍Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends 📍Ability to work in person, in a fast-paced, exciting startup environment 📍Strong project management skills 📍Passion for innovation and continuous learning 📍An understanding of the Worldcoin project and its mission
