Job Summary
In this role you will:
šContent Strategy: Develop and execute a dynamic social media content strategy thatās aligned with the team goals and objectives. šContent Creation/Production: Create and publish engaging content for social platforms, including but not limited to X, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube, ensuring brand consistency. šContent Calendar Management: Develop and maintain a content calendar to plan and schedule social media posts, campaigns, and initiatives. šCommunity Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the audience in a variety of ways including liking/responding to comments and leveraging internal team members šPerformance Analysis: Monitor and analyze content performance (engagement, reach, etc.) to evaluate and optimize the social media content strategy. šCross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, comms and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistency. šStay Updated on Trends: Stay informed on emerging trends in social media marketing and content creation, looking for opportunities to trend-jack, experiment and uplevel the brand across social media.
About you:
šA working understanding of the Worldcoin project, its mission, component parts and key contributing entities šBachelor's degree or higher in Marketing/Communications or related field preferred but not required šAbility to work, either remotely or in person, in a fast-paced, exciting startup environment that requires and always-on mentality šProven experience in social media content creation and strategy development, preferably in a fast-paced startup or agency setting šProficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, and social media management platforms šDeep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trends, with the ability to tailor content strategies accordingly šSolid copywriting and storytelling skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for diverse audiences šAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize content performance šStrong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and coordinate with cross-functional teams effectively šExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders and build positive relationships internally and externally šPassion for innovation and continuous learning
