Job Summary
What you will do:
šBasic social media account management of platforms such as Twitter and Instagram. šCommunication with streamers through on-site chats and forums. šWorking alongside customer support team with queries on social platforms. šBuilding a rapport with streamers and the viewing audience. šEngaging our audience with creative social content, be that written or visual. šDelivering on social media strategies from a live-posting standpoint, fostering the KICK community on a daily basis through engaging content. šBeing across the process and infrastructure of the back-end of the site.
What you will bring:
šExperience in managing and maintaining a large social media platform/online community šPassion and knowledge of streaming culture is a must šExperience using online platforms (X, X Pro, Instagram, Discord, Slack, Google Suite, Reddit, Monday, TikTok) šProficient in Adobe Creative products (PhotoShop, Premiere) šExcellent written and communicative skills šAttention to detail šIn-tune with online trends, pop-culture and newsworthy topics šAbility to take initiative šAdequate problem-solving skills šAbility to work autonomously
