Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šCreate daily content in English and Russian (text posts for X/Twitter threads, Telegram, memes, carousels, visuals, gifs). šSpot and jump on trends fast (Twitter native, crypto culture, meme economy). šTranslate complex crypto & fintech concepts (staking, APR vs APY, self-custody) into simple, engaging, viral content. šUse AI smartly as a creative amplifier, not a replacement for originality. šCollaborate with the Head of Content & Head of Community and broader team to bring campaigns, collabs, and stories to life.
Requirements:
šSolid understanding of crypto (ideally with direct experience at a crypto exchange, wallet or project. Traditional fintech is acceptable, but you should have strong knowledge of crypto). šProven content creation experience across text, visuals, memes, and short-form video (basic editing skills in CapCut would work). šProactive operator: you donāt wait for briefs, you spot opportunities and act fast. šComfort with fast-changing trends and ability to translate them into relevant, on-brand content. šFluency in EN + RU. šEU-friendly timezone for smoother collaboration.
