Job Summary
What You'll Do
šDevelop and implement social media strategies that enhance visibility and engagement with QuickNodeās products. šManage and grow our presence on social platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Telegram, Warpcast, etc., ensuring active and vibrant communities. šCreate and maintain a content marketing calendar to streamline and coordinate online campaigns. šBuild and lead our global community strategy, ensuring alignment with the companyās goals and fostering a positive, inclusive environment. šCreate engaging content, including articles, AMAs, and social media posts, to educate the community about QuickNode and Web3. šOrganize and host online and offline events to strengthen community ties and enhance brand visibility. šCollaborate with influencers and community leaders to expand our reach and impact. šAnalyze community feedback to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement in our strategy and execution. šStay current with the latest developments in Web3/Crypto and related fields to keep the community informed and engaged. šDevelop educational materials such as guides and tutorials to empower users with knowledge about QuickNodeās product suite. šWork closely with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure community needs and company goals are synergistically aligned.
What You'll Bring
šA deep understanding of and passion for blockchain, Web3, engineering, and SaaS. š2+ years of marketing, social, community, and communications experience working within a fast-paced startup environmentāpreferably SaaS or B2B šProven experience building and scaling campaigns on social media platforms like Discord and Reddit šDemonstrated ability to drive successful marketing campaigns with active communities that result in marketing and sales goal achievement šStrong ability to develop and integrate campaigns and community roadmap into overall marketing and cross-functional goals šException writing, project management, communication, and storytelling skills to help drive internal and external user-first community narrative with every campaign to ensure increased momentum, ease of use, and enhanced user understanding.
