Job Summary
Responsibilities
📍Own day-to-day YouTube channel operations with a strong focus on optimization and performance; 📍Maintain channel hygiene, including metadata accuracy, categorization, tagging, playlists, and overall channel structure; 📍Optimize titles, descriptions, tags, and packaging to improve CTR, retention, and overall performance; 📍Manage publishing cadence and ensure consistent content pacing aligned with strategy; 📍Work closely with thumbnails: prepare briefs, select options, and iterate based on performance data; 📍Monitor video and channel analytics; proactively suggest and implement data-driven improvements; 📍Execute operational tasks in a fast-paced environment, with assignments distributed throughout the day in alignment with the US timezone; 📍Occasionally participate in content-related tasks, such as clipping content in collaboration with video editors and writing or refining metadata; 📍Support Facebook publishing as a secondary platform, ensuring proper formatting and execution; 📍Follow internal workflows and platform guidelines to ensure timely, accurate, and performance-oriented content delivery.
Requirements
📍Proven experience managing social media content; 📍Experience working with both YouTube and Facebook platforms, including publishing, optimization, and compliance standards; 📍Strong understanding of YouTube platform mechanics (metadata, packaging, pacing, channel hygiene) and experience with performance analytics; 📍Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and scale content that resonates with target audiences
