Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Social Commerce & Shop Operations 📍Manage and optimize Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, and YouTube Shopping. 📍Maintain catalogs, product feeds, product tagging, and integrations. 📍Ensure accurate product tagging in Static posts, Stories, Reels, TikToks, and Shorts. 📍Improve storefront presentation, product listings, and sales conversion pathways. 📍Social Media Management 📍Plan, produce, and publish static content across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. 📍Publish short-form videos across across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. 📍Own the content calendar and ensure consistent brand identity. 📍Write captions, apply product tags, integrate UGC, and work with trends. 📍Manage community interactions and basic moderation.
Requirements
📍Proven experience in social commerce for consumer brands. 📍Hands-on experience managing Meta Shops, TikTok Shop, and YouTube Shop. 📍Experience managing brand channels across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. 📍Ability to re-edit short-form video and produce static content from scratch. 📍Proficiency with paid ads across four target platforms. 📍Experience working with influencers and UGC creators. 📍Strong analytical mindset and structured reporting skills. 📍Commercial thinking focused on sales, conversions, and performance impact. 📍Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
