We are seeking a skilled and motivated Social Media Assistant to help us grow our podcast. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our social media presence across various platforms. You will be responsible for creating content, managing our social media calendars, engaging with our audience, and tracking social media metrics. We are a fast-paced environment, so the candidate should be quick and easy to adjust.

The podcast is about DAOs and Web3, with the main focus on education and discussing their challenges.

Responsibilities:

Schedule podcast episodes and track performance of episodes to know which topics get most traction. Manage and grow our social media presence across various social platforms. Develop and implement a social media strategy to increase engagement and drive traffic to our podcast. Create content that aligns with our brand voice and appeals to our target audience. Manage social media calendars and schedule content in advance. Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions. Engage with relevant profiles to drive traffic to our pages. Monitor and report on social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our social media efforts. Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices to ensure that our social media strategy is always innovative and effective.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing social media accounts on different platforms. Excellent writing and communication skills. Creating good but not cheesy and clickbaity captions. Great organizational and time management skills. Skilled in Canva. Ability to create engaging and on-brand various social media content. Experience with social media analytics tools. Knowledge of podcasting and audio content is a plus. Knowledge of DAOs and Web3. Great if you have some experience with managing ads.

The job is fully remote, though preference is someone from Serbia. This is a freelance contract, and a full time role, with a somewhat flexible schedule but mainly from 9/10 AM to 5/6 PM CET. The pay is either crypto or a transfer. The first month's pay is €600 to see whether we are a match for the job and role. After that, the pay is €800, and will increase as we have more results.
