Job Summary
a Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities
📍Overall responsibility of monitoring content services, applications, and events 📍 Create and maintain response plays across a variety of incident management and monitoring tools, such as Blameless, Pager Duty, Service Now, 📍Dataminr, DataDog, Conviva, Mux, and Touchstream 📍 Execute production smoke testing on all apps and devices daily 📍 Assist SRO team with ongoing updates to documentation, including operational runbooks

📍Understanding of how cloud-based services works 📍 Knowledge of internet and digital/streaming platforms 📍 Ability to work and stay calm under pressure, in a fast-paced environment 📍 Ability to multitask 📍 Excellent oral and written communication skills 📍 Strong team player 📍 Schedule flexibility is key to supporting the operational needs of the business, and this role may operate on an adjusted schedule including weekends, overnights, early mornings, etc. 📍 Customer service experience
