Key Responsibilities:

📍Understand and address clients' needs, objectives, and challenges, with a specific focus on the asset forfeiture lifecycle process, particularly in the cryptocurrency domain. 📍Participate in onsite client meetings as required, facilitating productive discussions and fostering strong client partnerships. 📍Participate in transaction authorization processes, including custody and disposal of cryptocurrency assets. 📍Regularly assess client satisfaction levels and communicate feedback to the Client Success Team to drive continuous improvement. 📍Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations, providing timely and effective resolutions. 📍Develop comprehensive account plans to expand business relationships and identify growth opportunities. 📍Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of services and solutions, addressing any client concerns or complaints proactively. 📍Prepare and deliver detailed reports on account status, performance metrics, and key initiatives to both clients and internal stakeholders. 📍Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and innovations in the cryptocurrency space.

Minimum Qualifications:

📍Bachelor's degree from an accredited college. 📍At least seven years of relevant experience in asset forfeiture, cryptocurrency, or related fields. 📍Proven track record in client and account management. 📍Familiarity with open-source blockchain tracing tools. 📍Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. 📍Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and time-management skills. 📍Proficient in negotiation and problem-solving. 📍Ability to travel internationally with an active passport.
