Job Summary
What you’ll do
📍Driving growth initiatives - respond to inbound leads, lead strategic outbound activities, and refine approaches to fuel our growth engine in the Web3 space 📍Ownership of engagements - take charge of commercial initiatives by leading as the opportunity owner, driving momentum into engagements, overseeing the qualification and discovery process, and collaborating with necessary resources 📍Shaping Web3 go-to-market strategy - influence and support the Head of BD and vertical leads to guide strategic focus and ensure successful outcomes 📍Enhancing public presence - steer public engagement by simplifying Tezos and its vision, promoting cross-functional collaboration with teams like Marketing and Developer Success to showcase Tezos at conferences, events, and media platforms to convey our value proposition and attract collaboration opportunities
What you’ll need
📍Proven experience in business development within the Web3 space 📍Comprehensive understanding of key Web3 concepts and acquainted with major players in the field including Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, BSC, Arbitrum, Optimism, and Polygon 📍Ability to adapt in ambiguous environments and manage multiple projects across diverse lines of business with minimal guidance 📍Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey complex concepts in a compelling manner
