Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
📍Design and implement responsive, high-performance web pages that align with brand identity and user needs. 📍Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts effectively. 📍Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation. 📍Optimize website performance, accessibility, and usability. 📍Maintain and refine our design system to ensure consistency across digital platforms. 📍Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in web design. 📍Conduct user research and testing to improve website functionality and user experience. 📍Collaborate with the marketing team to create landing pages, email templates, and other web assets.
Key Requirements:
📍Proven experience as a Web Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar role. 📍Strong portfolio showcasing modern, responsive web design projects. 📍Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch. 📍Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (coding skills are a plus). 📍Experience with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify. 📍Knowledge of UX principles, accessibility standards, and conversion optimization techniques. 📍Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills.
