In this role you will:

📍Work closely with Recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role, the function and how it fits into the organization. 📍Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process using data and analyzing market trends. 📍Be a Worldcoin ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience. 📍Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles. 📍Build and maintain long-term relationships with top talent in the industry. 📍Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence sourcing strategy. 📍Utilize creative/effective messaging for your reach outs. Use A/B testing to determine what’s working. Plan / facilitate recruiting events on a quarterly basis.

About You:
