Job Summary

Responsibilities

šŸ“Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent. šŸ“Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. šŸ“Source and Screen Candidates: Proactively source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization. šŸ“Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process, from initial outreach to final offer negotiations. šŸ“Maintain Candidate Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the ATS. šŸ“Provide Recruitment Metrics: Regularly report on key metrics such as time-to-hire, candidate feedback, and pipeline status. šŸ“Ensure Positive Candidate Experience: Strive to provide a seamless and positive experience for all candidates. šŸ“Stay Informed: Continuously update your knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications
