Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šManage full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing to offer, with a focus on strong hiring manager partnership and candidate advocacy šHire candidates across our tech organization šStrategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns šFind, engage, and activate passive candidates. Screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit šProvide an efficient and high-touch experience for every candidate from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process šCommunicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with the entire Gemini team šFacilitate interview and hiring decision-making process interviewers and hiring managers šRegularly track pipeline, priorities and performance data to share with internal stakeholders šRecommend and drive improvements that impact the recruiting organization
Qualifications:
šMBA/BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience š5+ years of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in a high-growth or startup environment š5+ years experience sourcing with LinkedIn/Naukri.com in a fast-paced environment šExpertise in qualifying and proven success hiring passive engineering candidates across disciplines
