Job Summary
In this role, you’ll:
📍You partner effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder satisfaction 📍You have helped to identify gaps in the business, possible solutions, and built a coalition to solve for and execute against these gaps 📍You have partnered with Business Technology teams and CGS leadership to deploy the necessary Salesforce and collaboration tools, as well as any other SaaS applications needed to support the mission of CGS 📍You successfully drive forward execution of new SaaS deployment plans by 📍Gathering functional requirements 📍Executes vendor evaluation against success criteria 📍Plan and manage deployments and integrations and support post deployment operations 📍Communicating with stakeholders to keep them updated on project progress
We’re looking for candidates who have:
📍Experience directly in technology, coursework, or certifications
📍Experience with business systems and integrations, specifically CRM and supporting sales tools
📍Experience working with cross-functional business and technology teams to implement and integrate critical enterprise platforms like Salesforce and Netsuite
📍Familiarity with CRM, Professional Services Automation (PSA) and Case Management platforms like Kaseware and OpenAir
📍Experience in application and direction in all aspects of program management in environments where ambiguity exists
📍Demonstrated ability to develop long-term strategic programs processes that scale
📍Demonstrated ability to operate on a day-to-day basis with little to no direction, showing proactivity to resolve conflicts and make decisions with minimal support
📍Applies their technical knowledge to build credibility and trust with both technical teams and business stakeholders
📍Knowledge of Jira and Confluence or any other project management tools and techniques
📍Strong attention to detail
📍Excellent verbal and written communication skills
