Job Summary
What you’ll be doing
📍Work with a combination of internally developed tools and third-party solutions, including Retool and other AI-powered services, to deliver scalable and efficient internal systems. 📍Rapidly prototype and build internal tools for a variety of functions across the company. 📍Work closely with internal users to uncover pain points and inefficiencies in their daily workflows to drive impactful improvements. 📍Participate in the on-call rotation and help ensure it remains sustainable for the team.
Who we’re looking for
📍 5+ years of experience in an Full Stack engineering, Internal Tooling, or Platform Engineering role with a proven track record of delivering impactful improvements. 📍Deep understanding of process engineering, system design, and optimising workflows. 📍Passion for improving efficiency and driving measurable business outcomes through technical excellence.
