Job Summary
What you'll be doing:
šDeliver polished, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs for mobile and web platforms, focusing on crypto retail trading products šCreate user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs. šWork alongside engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and implemented as intended šCollaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate product requirements and user needs into design solutions šContribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products šParticipate in or lead user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on designs šUse data and user feedback to drive improvements in UI/UX and optimize user journeys
What we're looking for:
š5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital products šStrong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX thinking applied to mobile and web products šProficient in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design tools šSolid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and user-centered design methodology šExperience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment. šStrong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders šInterest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial products is a plus
