What You’ll Be Doing

📍Lead the development and management of our cybersecurity products, ensuring they meet market needs and industry standards. 📍Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap, aligning with the company’s overall business objectives. 📍Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, ops, and customer support, to ensure successful product development and launch. 📍Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. 📍Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. 📍Monitor and analyze product performance, using metrics and feedback to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 📍Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and customers, addressing any issues or concerns related to cybersecurity products. 📍Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, technologies, and best practices to ensure our products remain cutting-edge and effective.

What We Look For In You

📍Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus. 📍7+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity or IT security products. 📍Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and industry standards. 📍Excellent project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. 📍Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. 📍Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges. 📍Proficiency in using product management and project management tools, such as Jira, Trello, or similar platforms. 📍Commitment to integrity, accountability, and delivering exceptional customer service. 📍Relevant certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP, are a plus.
