Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
đź“ŤDrive discussions with product manager and business subject matter experts to understand the process, the problem, and then negotiate solution scenarios đź“ŤPerform cost-benefit analyses on different technology solutions đź“ŤInform business decisions through relevant data analysis đź“ŤActively engage product manager and business SMEs to translate solution needs into actionable user stories đź“ŤFacilitate and support product backlog management đź“ŤPartner with product manager / business SMEs to define & refine acceptance criteria đź“ŤPartner with developers on reviewing user stories for understanding and scoring đź“ŤDraft both technical documentation and non-functional requirements that describe how systems should behave and establish their functionality constraints đź“ŤWrite test cases for user stories đź“ŤPerform/coordinate user acceptance testing to ensure functionality meets business needs before each product release đź“ŤSecure approval & change management activities with product manager before release đź“ŤAnalyse and model business processes to identify gaps and improve IT products and services
What are we looking for?
Essential đź“ŤExtensive experience of business analysis or project management experience đź“ŤExperience in the blockchain industry (crypto exchange, custodian, stablecoin issuer, infrastructure provider, etc.) đź“ŤExperience (or at least strong interest in) payment applications đź“ŤExperience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups đź“ŤExperience of working closely with Compliance and Legal teams đź“ŤStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
