Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
šPrepare, review, and reconcile intercompany journal entries for transfer pricing, ensuring compliance with global tax accounting standards. šAssist in preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation (Local File, Master File, CbCR) per OECD and local rules. šSupport the preparation and monitoring of the Group transfer pricing model, implementing TP policies and legal agreements for intercompany transactions. šCoordinate with finance teams and advisors for timely submission of CbCR, BEPS Pillar 2, and other transfer pricing filings. šPerform financial analyses and benchmarking to support transfer pricing positions and engage with external advisors to deliver projects. šCollaborate with accounting, legal, treasury, and business units to align TP workstreams with other business functions. šAssist in tax and financial audits, preparing responses and documentation as needed. šStreamline processes and leverage tax, accounting and AI technology for efficiency in data collection and reporting. šStay updated on global tax and transfer pricing regulations, OECD guidelines, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
šBachelorās degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Taxation) or certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred. š4+ years in transfer pricing or tax, including 2+ years in-house or Big 4/consulting; fintech/tech experience a plus. šDeep knowledge of OECD guidelines, Local File/Master File, BEPS Pillar 2 and CbCR. šAbility to adapt and take a hands-on approach to operational transfer pricing. šProficient in financial modeling, data analysis, and experience with tools such as Bloomberg or RoyaltyRange. šAdvanced Excel skills; ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and tax software experience preferred.
