Job Summary

What the day to day looks like:

📍You will advise our stakeholders and hiring managers, as a Subject Matter Expert for Singapore talent market 📍Innovate with new strategies for attracting top talent and pipeline development 📍A well-rounded Talent Acquisition Business Partner with strong direct sourcing and headhunting ability; demonstrates a sense of ownership of a requisition from start to finish 📍Own the overall candidate experience and make it a core element of your recruitment work 📍Champion Employer Brand internally and externally 📍Excellent teamwork, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, able to thrive in a multicultural workplace

Ideal candidate must have:

📍Extensive of inhouse technical recruiting experience, with a proven track record of placing mid to senior level roles 📍Ability to consult, negotiate and engage with a wide range of stakeholders 📍Ability to confidently work in a matrixed structure on projects across teams and departments to achieve broader hiring and company goals 📍Ability to initiate action and accomplish goals across a wide range of teams and projects in the face of multiple demands 📍Ability to analyse key hiring metrics and provide actionable solutions to improve candidate and hiring manager experience 📍A passion and belief in Blockchain and Cryptocurrency
