š End-to-End Recruitment Ownership: Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing to screening, evaluating, and securing the best candidates for diverse roles within the organization. šStrategic Recruitment Excellence: Lead and execute the implementation of cutting-edge recruiting strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and talent needs. šCreative Sourcing Innovation: Continuously explore and deploy novel and effective sourcing techniques to identify and engage with top talent across a variety of platforms, including social media, job boards, and professional networks. šClient-Centric Recruitment Consulting: Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their needs, provide consultative expertise, and develop tailored recruitment strategies that support organizational goals. šWorld-Class Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Deliver an exceptional, 5-star experience for both candidates and hiring managers, ensuring smooth communication, transparency, and an effortless hiring process. šEmployer Brand Ambassador: Champion the Ledger Employer Brand, articulating our value proposition to prospective candidates and positioning Ledger as an employer of choice in the industry. šSeamless Onboarding Coordination: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, managing onboarding days and setting up mid- and long-term engagement strategies.
What are we looking for?
šProven Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a demonstrated ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments. šGlobal Recruitment Mastery: Extensive experience managing complex, international recruitment processes across diverse regions (including France, USA, UK, Singapore, Switzerland, and more), with a particular focus on niche and specialized roles. šComprehensive End-to-End Recruitment: Deep proficiency in overseeing the complete recruitment cycle, handling a wide range of positions across various functions and seniority levels, from entry to executive roles. šStrategic Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to manage and exceed stakeholder expectations. Act as a trusted business advisor, delivering expert counsel on recruitment strategies and talent acquisition best practices.
