📍Lead end-to-end hiring strategy and delivery for Product Management and Engineering roles, including high-impact and specialized positions. 📍Act as a strategic talent advisor to business and HR leaders, influencing hiring priorities, role design, and long-term workforce plans. 📍Build and maintain strategic talent pipelines to support growth, succession, and future-critical capabilities. 📍Identify emerging hiring risks and market constraints, and implement scalable recruiting solutions. 📍Drive consistent, structured hiring practices by improving recruiting processes, tools, and interview methodologies. 📍Use recruiting data and market insights to improve pipeline health, hiring quality, and decision-making.

What We Look For in You

📍7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Product Management and Engineering hiring in a corporate, technology, or high-growth environment. 📍Expert-level knowledge across multiple recruiting domains (technical sourcing, senior-level hiring, employer branding, talent mapping, and market intelligence). 📍Demonstrated ability to identify, engage, and close high-caliber and niche technical and product talent, including passive candidates. 📍Proven experience designing scalable recruiting methodologies and playbooks that improve delivery across teams or regions.
