Responsibilities
šArchitecture Review and Reconstruction: Conduct a comprehensive combing and review of the architecture design of the company's existing payment systems (including transaction systems, clearing and settlement systems, risk control systems, accounting systems, channel management systems, cross-border payment systems, etc.). Focus on core modules in cross-border payment scenarios such as currency conversion, cross-border clearing channels, and multi-region compliance adaptation. Identify architectural defects, performance bottlenecks, security risks, and scalability issues, and formulate and implement end-to-end architecture reconstruction plans. šTechnical Architecture Planning: Based on the business development strategy, especially the expansion needs of cross-border payment business, design the medium and long-term technical architecture plan for the financial payment field. It covers system layering, service splitting, technology selection, middleware governance, cross-border clearing channel adaptation, multi-region compliance architecture design, etc. Ensure the forward-looking and stability of the architecture to support rapid business iteration and scale expansion. šProduct and Technology Collaboration: Deeply connect with the product team to accurately understand business needs and product plans, convert product needs into reasonable technical implementation plans, promote efficient linkage between technology and products, reduce deviations in demand landing, and improve R&D and product delivery efficiency. šR&D Efficiency Improvement: Take the lead in building an efficient R&D system, including but not limited to the formulation of technical specifications, optimization of R&D toolchains, construction of automated testing and deployment processes, and improvement of microservice governance systems. Reduce R&D costs and improve iteration efficiency and delivery quality. šTechnical Risk Control: Responsible for the design of high availability, high concurrency, data consistency, and security compliance (such as payment license compliance, cross-border payment-related regulations, PCI DSS, relevant specifications of Netlink/UnionPay and overseas payment clearing organizations, etc.) of payment systems (including cross-border payments). Focus on preventing and controlling risks in cross-border payment scenarios such as exchange rate risks, clearing delay risks, and cross-border data transmission risks. Formulate disaster recovery plans and emergency response mechanisms to ensure the stable operation of the system and avoid core technical risks in the financial payment field.
Requirements
šEducation and Major: Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering, Information Security or related majors, with more than 5 years of experience in system architecture design in the financial payment field. šIndustry Background: Have core work experience in payment companies, Internet finance enterprises, fintech companies or bank payment departments. Deeply understand the entire payment business process (transaction initiation, routing, risk control, clearing, reconciliation, refund, etc.), and have relevant system design or operation and maintenance experience in cross-border payment business. Familiar with cross-border payment clearing channels (such as SWIFT, CIPS, overseas local payment channels, etc.) and multi-region payment compliance requirements. šArchitectural Capabilities: Have rich experience in distributed system architecture design, proficient in core technologies such as microservices, distributed transactions, high concurrency processing, caching strategies, and message queues; priority will be given to candidates with practical experience in large-scale payment system architecture reconstruction.
