What are the role responsibilities?

📍Architect and implement tools, frameworks, SDKs and APIs to increase protocol development velocity and create an industry-leading protocol developer experience 📍Drive the execution of the protocol developer experience roadmap in close partnership with Engineering Management, Product and Engineering stakeholders 📍Act as a force multiplier for the team - drive the technical vision and architecture for protocol developer tooling and mentor other engineers 📍Be highly customer-centric, partnering closely with other engineering teams and stakeholders to understand protocol developer needs and rapidly deliver impactful solutions

What skills do you bring?

📍Hands-on experience with Golang, Ethereum developer tooling ecosystem (e.g., Kurtosis, Hardhat, Foundry), operational experience with Kubernetes (e.g., IaC such as Terraform) and public cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS) 📍Track-record of working collaboratively with developers to create impactful developer tools that meaningfully improve developer velocity - demonstrates strong developer empathy 📍Prior experience working in the Web3 space with exposure to protocol development, either directly or in a supporting capacity 📍Exhibits high agency, high ownership and pragmatism - this is someone who likes to and is capable of getting stuff done and drives impactful results 📍Able to effectively balance between strategic and execution-focused contributions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
