Job Summary
What your success will look like
šDevelop the strategy and lead the execution of customer advocacy programs across the portfolio of Scorpion products. šDevelop initiatives that drive advocacy and loyalty across Scorpionās customers. šSupport the execution of the customer marketing framework to scale across Scorpionās portfolio of products and services. šLeverage best practices to build relevant customer marketing campaigns. šPartner with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to deliver a consistent cadence of customer stories and testimonials to the market and key audiences. Formats include but are not limited to, long-form and short-form videos, blog posts, social, and case studies. šPartner with channel leads to create organic and paid campaigns to drive customer reviews to third-party vendor review sites and increase referrals. šMeasure the impact of customer programs on revenue and communicate these outcomes across the organization. šAct as liaison between the Corporate Marketing and Account Management teams. šIncrease customer upsells by 250% šSupport driving customer attendance at customer engagement events, including webinars, conferences, and bespoke events šIncrease customer referrals by 25% YoY
Who you are and what you bring
š5-7 years experience in B2B customer-centric marketing roles šExperience building and executing customer campaigns and programs šFamiliarity with and maximizing Martech solutions, including Salesforce and Marketo, in a B2B environment šAbility to effectively communicate and work with all levels within Scorpion, including stakeholders in executive leadership, product management, product marketing, events, and Account Management šPossess strategic thinking šMust be able to handle multiple projects with several stakeholders simultaneously šAbility to work collaboratively and drive actions with other company functional areas šPossess a positive attitude, collaborative working style, and strong communication and organizational skills
