Job Summary

What your success will look like

📍Develop the strategy and lead the execution of customer advocacy programs across the portfolio of Scorpion products. 📍Develop initiatives that drive advocacy and loyalty across Scorpion’s customers. 📍Support the execution of the customer marketing framework to scale across Scorpion’s portfolio of products and services. 📍Leverage best practices to build relevant customer marketing campaigns. 📍Partner with Content Marketing and Product Marketing to deliver a consistent cadence of customer stories and testimonials to the market and key audiences. Formats include but are not limited to, long-form and short-form videos, blog posts, social, and case studies. 📍Partner with channel leads to create organic and paid campaigns to drive customer reviews to third-party vendor review sites and increase referrals. 📍Measure the impact of customer programs on revenue and communicate these outcomes across the organization. 📍Act as liaison between the Corporate Marketing and Account Management teams. 📍Increase customer upsells by 250% 📍Support driving customer attendance at customer engagement events, including webinars, conferences, and bespoke events 📍Increase customer referrals by 25% YoY

Who you are and what you bring

📍5-7 years experience in B2B customer-centric marketing roles 📍Experience building and executing customer campaigns and programs 📍Familiarity with and maximizing Martech solutions, including Salesforce and Marketo, in a B2B environment 📍Ability to effectively communicate and work with all levels within Scorpion, including stakeholders in executive leadership, product management, product marketing, events, and Account Management 📍Possess strategic thinking 📍Must be able to handle multiple projects with several stakeholders simultaneously 📍Ability to work collaboratively and drive actions with other company functional areas 📍Possess a positive attitude, collaborative working style, and strong communication and organizational skills
