Job Summary
What You’ll Do
📍Lead sourcing for technical and non-technical roles across the company 📍Do deep research to figure out where talent lives for current and future roles 📍Build high-quality, targeted pipelines through proactive sourcing 📍Put together curated candidates lists for recruiters to reach out to, or reach out yourself 📍Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand what "great" looks like for each role 📍Develop sourcing strategies — search strings, Boolean, talent mapping, the works 📍Write personalized, high-signal outreach and manage early-stage candidate conversations 📍Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion metrics to inform strategy and improvements 📍Help build out our sourcing process and tools as we scale
What We’re Looking For
📍5+ years doing technical sourcing or talent research, ideally at a startup or high-growth company 📍Experience sourcing across technical roles (engineering, product, design, data) and business functions (finance, legal, ops, etc.) 📍Strong research skills — you know how to map markets, understand companies, and find people others miss 📍You've built pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles before 📍Great writer — your outreach is thoughtful and personalized, not spammy 📍Highly organized and comfortable running multiple searches at once 📍Familiar with sourcing tools and ATS platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Ashby, Gem, SeekOut, etc.)
