Job Summary
Responsibilities
šBe part of a devops team, dedicated to building internal platforms. šWork closely with internal teams to improve the system reliability, scalability and security. šEngage in and improve the infrastructure quality supporting the platform. šBuild and manage systems, infrastructure and applications through automation. šProvide operational support to internal teams working on the platform. šWork on improvements to bring in high efficiency, reduce latency, deploy systems faster. šPractice sustainable incident response and blameless postmortems. šTogether with your engineering team, you will share an on-call rotation and be an escalation contact for service incidents.
Minimum Qualification
šBachelors with 5+ years of working experience as Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) / Devops Engineer šExperience with programming in at least one of the following languages: C, C++, Java, Python, or Go. šKnowledge of Linux internals and bash scripting. šStrong skills around observability, debugging and performance tuning, willing to dive into understanding, debugging, and improving any layer of the stack. šStrong experience in managing infrastructure with providers like AWS. šStrong experience in Cloud Native technologies in kubernetes, docker etc. šBasic knowledge of RDBMS systems like mysql. šUnderstanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP.
