What you’ll be doing

📍Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, tooling and enhancements using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Github actions and other related Salesforce technologies. 📍Collaborate with product managers, administrators, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical guidance on Salesforce best practices. 📍Perform unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of Salesforce applications to ensure high quality and performance. 📍Integrate Salesforce with external systems and third-party applications using REST and related middleware tools. 📍Provide technical expertise and guidance on Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and potential solutions. 📍Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and industry trends to propose innovative solutions and improvements. 📍Participate in code reviews, peer programming, and knowledge sharing sessions to foster a collaborative and learning-oriented environment. 📍Document technical designs, specifications, and development processes to ensure comprehensive understanding and maintainable solutions.

What we look for in you

📍5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce configuration. 📍Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, middleware tools, and ETL processes. 📍Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns. 📍Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 📍Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders and demonstrate value. 📍Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, are highly desirable.
