Job Summary
Responsibilities:
đź“ŤDesign and build strong, resilient, and robust APIs, libraries, and services to power our financial services: clearing and settlement, digital asset lending, trading and liquidity đź“ŤOwn functionality and scalability features by taking responsibility from inception to deployment and customer integration đź“ŤExpose and document functionality to the UI, third-party developers, and our internal and external tooling đź“ŤCollaborate closely with all engineering teams to ensure consistency in understanding of technical requirements and overall work quality đź“ŤProvide mentorship to your peers in the broader engineering team through code reviews and education on best practices

Required
đź“Ť5+ years of back-end, server-side software development đź“ŤGreat at algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis đź“ŤStrong experience with server-side languages like TypeScript/Node.JS đź“ŤStrong experience with SQL databases like Postgres or MySQL đź“ŤStrong experience with RESTful API design đź“ŤExperience with unit and functional testing and debugging đź“ŤExperience with microservices and service-oriented architectures đź“ŤExperience in Git/GitHub and branching methodologies, code review tools, CI tools, JIRA, Confluence, etc. đź“ŤAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment đź“ŤComfortable with inclusion in on-call rotations for system support
