Job Summary
Responsibilities:
šDrive high-level and low-level designs, provide mentorship to junior team members šDesign, develop, and maintain backend services with scalability, reliability, and performance in mind šCollaborate closely with product team and implement new features with quality šCollaborate closely with the QA and Frontend teams šCreate timelines and task breakdown for product requirements provided by product and business teams šIndependently deliver complex features šWrite clean maintainable code that is in accordance with xalts development guidelines and exhaustive unit tests for new backend functionality and systems.
Requirements:
šBachelorās or Masterās Engineering Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum 3 years of experience in developing Software. šProven experience in software development with minimum 3 years of experience in either Javascript/Golang/Java. šHands on experience with Distributed Systems, Queues, AWS/Azure/GCP Cloud services. šExperience with working in Databases like Postgresql/MongoDB/DynamoDB. šStrong proficiency in Data structures, Algorithms, OOPS, and database management systems. šKnowledge of Test-driven Development, Refactoring, Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and Design Patterns. šExcellent communication and collaboration skills. šStrong desire to solve complex and interesting real-world problems.
