Job Summary
Your Responsibilities
šLead and conduct comprehensive security and quality assessments for Polygon Labs' products, ensuring robust protection and functionality šDevelop, document and implement both automated and manual test plans and procedures to guarantee high-quality releases šāāAdvocate for testing and code quality within engineering teams driving best practices and continuous improvement. šIdentify, track, and document issues, collaborating closely with developers to facilitate quick and efficient resolution šServe as a key resource on software engineering best practices, particularly Rust, and proactively mentor team members through code reviews, learning materials, and retrospectives
What You'll Need
š3+ years of experience programming in Rust šHigh level understanding of common smart contract vulnerabilities šExperience using testing, quality and security analysis tools šAbility to perform Rust Code Reviews šStrong written and verbal communication skills
