Job Summary
What you'll work on:
šHelping our sellers sell by configuring Salesforce flows, custom layouts, and templates that simplify the sales process. šBuilding out integrations with a wide array of revtech and martech platforms. šPartnering with cross-functional teams to make data simple, accessible, and actionable. šEnsuring data management and maintaining data integrity. šMaintaining user roles and profiles; performing regular audits. šCollaborating with cross functional stakeholders to optimize Salesforce solutions to support sales, business, and broader organization goals. šProviding user support and training for existing and new functionality. šPartnering with Marketing on lead routing and qualification. šDemonstrating strong problem-solving skills and effectively communicating between both technical and non-technical teams.

What youāll bring to Circle:
š4+ years of experience working with with Salesforce in an administrative capacity šComfort with DemandTools, Dataloader, and similar data maintenance tools šExperience working in Sales, Business, or Marketing Operations šProficient with Sales and Service cloud; specifically email to case, omni-channel routing, and digital engagements šExperience with Knowledge Center and Salesforce Sites šPassion for moving at a fast pace, building a long-lasting foundation, and helping customers thrive šDeep care about contributing and improving company processes šEmpathic ability to put yourself in a team memberās shoes and understand their needs better than they do šEagle-eyed attention to detail šSuperior project management skills šStrong analytical, written and oral presentation skills šExperience/familiarity with Slack, Apple MacOS and GSuite
