Job Summary
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
📍Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Ripple Custody, effectively communicating the value propositions to Financial Institutions and Crypto-Natives. 📍Generate leads and secure sales bookings for Ripple Custody in the UK and Switzerland to achieve assigned sales quotas. 📍Develop strategic plans and account tactics, guided by management, to nurture leads and foster relationships within assigned territories and accounts. 📍Conduct client site visits, deliver sales presentations, and perform product demonstrations to prospective clients, driving engagement and interest. 📍Facilitate the smooth progression of leads through the sales process, including prospect qualification, needs assessment, solution presentation, and timely closure of deals. 📍Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline forecasts daily, ensuring timely and detailed reporting of sales activities and outcomes.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING:
📍Bachelor’s degree preferred 📍7+ years experience in a consultative sales role in technology and/or Financial Services industry. 📍3+ years of experience in the Digital Assets and/or payments industry or a related field. 📍Must have a proven track record of successful sales to Financial Insitutions and Crypto-Natives 📍Extensive relationships and strong knowledge within the Financial 📍Services and Digital Asset industry in Europe. 📍Ability and desire to manage a territory independently 📍Additional language skills advantageous. 📍Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach. 📍Strong knowledge of Salesforce and other relevant industry tools.London
