Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

šŸ“Sales & Community Building šŸ“Identify and onboard new prospective retail clients, focusing on expanding BitMEX communities locally. Key objectives include increasing trading activity, revenue and market share šŸ“Conduct comprehensive market analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. Develop go-to-market plans to drive growth in retail users, trade volume and sales šŸ“Regularly monitor and break down sales targets to ensure they are met šŸ“Develop and implement a community engagement strategy, with a specific focus on CIS markets and their native speakers šŸ“Cultivate relationships with existing and potential customers across various channels, including social media, affiliates, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and other relevant platforms šŸ“Support Content Creation šŸ“Partner with marketing to create compelling and relevant content that resonates with the community and aligns with the company's messaging and goals. šŸ“Manage content calendars, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across all community channels šŸ“Partner with relevant channels to spread awareness on BitMEX products and offerings šŸ“Customer Support šŸ“Act as a bridge between the community and the customer support team, ensuring timely resolution of issues and concerns šŸ“Identify and mobilize community advocates to enhance brand loyalty and drive positive word-of-mouth šŸ“Data Analysis and Reporting šŸ“Monitor community engagement metrics and provide regular reports on key performance indicators šŸ“Utilize data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in both community engagement and sales šŸ“ Events šŸ“Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, webinars, and other community gatherings to foster a sense of belonging and drive sales leads šŸ“Collaboration with other teams šŸ“Work closely with the marketing team to align community initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and strategies šŸ“Work closely with the Products team to provide real-time feedback from the sales team and clients, contributing to the development of new products and features šŸ“Work closely with the Partner & Affiliate team to grow and manage (local) Affiliate & Partner network and support to find the right partner

Qualifications

šŸ“Experience engaging with clients and strong know-how of the Crypto industry šŸ“In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology, and related financial products šŸ“Proven experience in cryptocurrency trading or fintech sales, with a minimum of 4 years in a responsible role šŸ“Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies šŸ“A trader yourself with a solid track record of personal trading in the crypto derivatives market, demonstrating a deep understanding of trading strategies and market dynamics šŸ“Strong understanding of digital currencies and passionate about the space šŸ“A deep passion for the cryptocurrency industry and a commitment to staying informed about its developments šŸ“An entrepreneurial mentality with the ability to work well under pressure, thrive working under limited direction, and a strong sense of personal accountability and ownership šŸ“Must be comfortable with networking šŸ“Business proficiency in English, and native fluency in a CIS regions local language šŸ“A good team player with strong interpersonal skills šŸ“Proficiency with standard business end user computing applications and social media šŸ“Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales & Community Manager
