Job Summary
What you’ll be doing
📍Business Development: Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with brands and agencies across sport, media, and entertainment 📍Lead Generation & Sales Execution: Build and manage a robust pipeline, from outreach and pitching through to negotiation and closing 📍Sponsorship & Media Sales: Develop creative, high-impact partnerships across branded content, activations, and sponsorship opportunities 📍Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and partnerships) to align sales strategies with business goals 📍Process Excellence: Track and optimise the sales process, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and measurable results
What we’re looking for
📍Proven experience in media, branded content, sponsorship, or advertising sales 📍A strong track record of closing end-to-end deals with global brands or agencies 📍Deep understanding of sports fandom, digital media, and influencer marketing 📍Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver ROI-focused partnerships 📍Highly organised, process-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
