Key Responsibilities
šOutbound Prospecting: Reach out to prospects across North America through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate interest and initiate conversations. šLead Qualification: Understand prospect pain points, buying intent, and decision-making processes to create qualified opportunities for the sales organization. šMarket Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and regional developments to strengthen outreach strategies. šCRM & Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of activities, leads, and opportunities using tools like HubSpot. šCross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and broader Sales teams to ensure smooth lead transitions and improved conversion rates.
Requirements
š4+ years of SDR experience targeting the North American market within a B2B SaaS environment. šStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage enterprise-level stakeholders. šProven success in outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach. šHands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot. šHighly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment. šStrong research skills with the ability to understand prospect needs and tailor messaging accordingly.
