Job Summary
What You'll Do:
Design, build, and optimize backend services in Rust with a focus on scalability and ultra low-latency performance. 📍Own and improve distributed systems powering Helius’ data APIs, event streaming, and RPC services. 📍Debug, profile, and tune performance in high-scale production environments. 📍Collaborate cross-functionally with product and frontend teams to integrate features and unblock development. 📍Establish and maintain monitoring, alerting, and security best practices for the systems you own.
What You'll Bring:
đź“ŤProficiency with Rust is required. đź“Ť5+ years building and scaling production systems (high-throughput, low-latency, distributed). đź“ŤStrong understanding of distributed systems and database design. đź“ŤAbility to work autonomously, move fast, and deliver high-quality code. đź“ŤStrong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced startup environment. đź“ŤBonus: Web3 or blockchain experience, familiarity with Solana, or experience building developer platforms.
